Be prepared for a most testing yet rewarding drive on the road manned primarily by truckers hauling oil from the town of Deadhorse to mainland US as you head towards the Arctic Circle. As you reach the geographic Arctic Circle, you will become part of a rare group of travelers who have managed to reach the isolated gateway to the polar region. Spend some time enjoying this historic moment in your Alaska customized holiday tour, take loads of pictures, and then start heading back towards Fairbanks.
