Day 1

Hanoi – Half Day City Tour

Xin Chao! Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital city!Hanoi boasts of the quintessential blend of rich history and exotic charm while making room for development of the modern world.

Today meet and greet with your guide and tour coordinator. You’ll be staying in the heart of the vibrant Old Quarter. Hanoi is the place that captures your mind, enriches your senses and when you think you’ve seen it all, there is always more to explore. Visit the French quarter, Opera House, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, and Tran Quoc Pagoda (oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi). Try your hand at riding the popular Vespa Scooters through the old town and visit the Long Bien bridge, which is one of the oldest bridges in Hanoi. According to hearsay, it is the best spot to capture the sunrise and the sunset.

With authentic things to do in Hanoi in mind, we have planned today’s dinner at a local’s house wherein you can indulge in yummy dishes and interact with the local family to understand about their unique customs and culture.

Day 2

Hanoi – Halong Bay

The best way to explore Halong Bay is on a cruise and that is exactly what we are going to do today! That is why, on our list of things to do in Vietnam, there had to be a tick next to visiting Halong Bay.Get ready to drift between limestone peaks as you embark on a luxury 2 nights and 3 days Dragon Legend Cruise.

Enjoy your lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay that is every bit as beautiful as neighbouring Halong, but without the touristy crowds. It has many wild beaches and beautiful hidden lagoons to explore.You’ll drift between emerald limestone karsts and isles andkayak to tiny, remote beaches. In the evening, indulge and relax yourselves at the indoor mineral seawater pool or enjoy spa and local massages.

Day 3

Halong Bay

Wake up on the luxury cruise and start your day with an aerobic mind-body exercise as you practice Tai Chi with a local expert. After a hearty breakfast, visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, followed by a visit to Thien Canh Son cave.The best cave in Halong Bay, they say!

Savour BBQ lunch on the beach with a wide variety of fresh seafood and meat dishes such as baked king prawns, grilled beef rump and so on, we promise it’s going to be the most memorable gastronomic experience.In the evening, you can try your hand at kayaking through the marvellous Karst Mountain. The temperate weather and calm sea water in Ha Long Bay are extremely suitable for kayaking and gives you a chance to get closer to limestone islands and discover the bay’s beauty by yourself. After dinner, you can enjoy activities like squid fishing, beauty spa, etc.

Day 04

Halong Bay – Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh

There is something magical about waking up to the sound of the ocean. It gets even better when you walk up to the deck and watch the golden sunrise rising from behind turquoise waters with tower islands in the setting. Start your day with a cup of warm coffee (or tea) and scenic views. Enjoy the romantic waves of Halong Bay as you start cruising towards the harbour. After disembarking the cruise, we will head straight to Hanoi airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh.

Missing the spicy, rich, flavourful food back home? Today, enjoy delicious meal at an Indian restaurant before retiring for the night at the hotel.

Day 05

Cu Chi Tunnels by speedboat

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam’s largest city.It was called Saigon until 1976, when the name was changed to Ho Chi Minh City after the conclusion of the Vietnam War. It’s a little crowded, but it is filled with history, great restaurants and millions of motorbikes./

A trip to Vietnam cannot be complete without experiencing their war ingenuity and to experience and understand it better, today we’ll head to the Củ Chi Tunnels! With well-preserved relics and detailed history, the Củ Chi Tunnel network will definitely amaze you. Venture into tunnels to get to know more about the working and living conditions of the Vietnamese soldiers in the wartime. After the fascinating exploration and delicious lunch, make your way back to Ho Chi Minh City.

In the afternoon, lose yourself amidst the vibrancy and hustle-bustle of Ho Chi Minh. We’ll be visiting the Reunification Palace(formerly known as the Independence Palace), the Notre Dame Basilica, Opera House, Old Saigon post office and more as you wander around the city, exploring and eating amazing food.

Later in the night, after dinner, we’ll head to one of the best local night bar and enjoy special live performances.

Day 06

Ho Chi Minh – Fly to Siem Reap

Breath, rest and relax. Start your day at leisure today. It’s time to bid adieu to Vietnam and fly to our next destination – Cambodia. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, check-in to your hotel, get fresh and get ready for a relaxing lunch at an Indian restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit Cambodian Cultural Villages, located in the historical province of Siem Reap, where you can learn about the nation’s traditional lifestyle, beliefs and customs, as well as practices of various ethnic groups.

One of its standout attractions is the historical museum, which houses a total of 30 life-sized wax statues of prominent kings, queens, ambassadors, monks, ethnic minorities, movie stars and Apsara dancers in traditional costumes.

Cambodian Cultural Village features 13 traditional villages that are modelled according to the culture and characteristic of 19 Cambodian races.This is going to be your one-stop wonder at learning about the Cambodian culture!

Day 07

Siem Reap – Angkor Wat Temple – Phare Show

After having a quick breakfast, gear up for an ultimate experience as we head to the largest religious monument in the world–the world-famous Angkor Wat Temple.Angkor Wat was the historic capital of the impressive Khmer Empire, sitting within the city of Siem Reap. Filled with incredible architecture, Khmer culture and, of course, beautiful temples – it is going to be one epic place to explore.

The place is high on the tourist map ever since Angelina Jolie famously appeared at Ta Prohm as Lara Croft in Tomb Raider.

Take the time to explore Angkor Wat (the main temple), the Bayon (temple with faces), Ta Prohm (the one with trees growing over. It is also known as Tomb Raider temple), Preah Khan (similar to Ta Prohm, but less crowded) and more. We’ll witness the Grand Cambodian Angkor Sunset before heading to the Phare Show- The Cambodian Circus. Phare is more than just a circus, as the Cambodian Circus performers use theatre, music, dance and modern circus arts to tell unique Cambodian stories.

End the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 08

Siem Reap – Countryside Tour

Today is the day when we will escape the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap and see some of the beautiful Khmer countryside on a full-day tour. The vast majority of Cambodians live in the countryside, so it’s good to experience how the people in this gorgeous country live and what better way than to commute on the most popular transport option, the Tuktuk!

Enjoy the scenery of the countryside including the villages, traditional houses, green rice fields, the people, their culture and the wonderful smiles of the kids. Enjoy your lunch while seated in the shady farmland and sample some traditional Cambodian dishes prepared by a local family.

Day 09

Siem Reap – Departure

All good things come to an end and so must the Vietnam& Cambodia Experience. Catch your flight back home with a heart full of memories, new friendships & unforgettable experiences.
